Sweepstakes Dates: The Alt x CGC Graded Pokemon Card Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") will run from October 30, 2023 at 9:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") to November 9, 2023 at 9:00 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period").

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Employees of Alt and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

‍

How to Enter: Participants can enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways:

• Bid on a CGC Graded Card: To enter by bidding, participants must visit the Alt Liquid Auction during the Sweepstakes Period and place a bid on any CGC graded card. Each bid will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
• Add CGC Graded Cards to Your Watchlist: To enter by adding to your watchlist, participants must visit the Alt platform during the Sweepstakes Period and add CGC graded cards to their watchlist. Each CGC graded card added to the watchlist will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit: Participants may enter the Sweepstakes multiple times by either method but are limited to one (1) entry per CGC graded card per entry method. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn through either method.

Winner Selection: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Alt from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize: The winner will receive one (1) CGC graded Pokemon card. The specific card will be determined by Alt and will be announced upon the selection of the winner.

‍

Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Alt account within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner will have seven (7) days to respond and claim their prize. If no response is received within that time frame, a new winner will be selected.

‍

Public Announcement: The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on Alt's official website and social media channels.

‍

Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the receipt and use of the prize.

‍

General Conditions: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of Alt, which are final and binding. Alt reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Privacy: Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will be subject to Alt's privacy policy.

‍

Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by and subject to the laws of the United States and the state of California.

Void Where Prohibited: The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Official Rules Changes: Alt reserves the right to modify or amend these Official Sweepstakes Rules at any time during the Sweepstakes Period for any reason.
