To help us better meet the needs of the hobby, Alt is forming a new Customer Advisory Board. This panel will be made up of seasoned collectors, and will act as a sounding board for our latest ideas—ensuring we have the hobby’s best interest in mind as we introduce new products and features.

The Customer Advisory Board will be made up of passionate collectors from all aspects of the card industry who are excited to make an impact, providing the hobby with a chance to have a say in building the marketplace they want. As a tech-forward platform, Alt is uniquely positioned to be agile when it comes to meeting the latest needs of buyers and sellers, and the Customer Advisory Board will help us build the best possible platform for collectors, faster.

More about the Customer Advisory Board:

• The Board will be composed of 8-10 collectors from various segments of the industry (card shops, breakers, dealers, hobbyists, etc.).
• Members will meet for one hour, remote meetings once a month.
• Members will serve for a six month term for a total of six meetings.
• An exclusive Slack channel for our board and Alt’s executive team will be created for members to add real time insights in between our monthly meetings.
• As a thank you, each member will receive a $100 Visa gift card for every meeting attended and contributed to.
• We will ask for confidentiality around certain discussions, and we’ll keep members’ comments private, as well.
